This makes me want to give yoga another go. But I always end up feeling like I got my ass kicked instead.

I feel ya. Maybe it depends on the kind of yoga? Although now it’s the kind of ass kicking that I crave and like.

Love this. Yoga does kick my butt, but I think the stretching and a savasana afterwards feels too good.
